- Parents and legal guardians in the United States, 18 or older.
- Kids don't have an account. A kid's phone uses AskTime only after a parent sets it up.
What AskTime promises
Rules kids can seeYour kid always sees the rules and can ask for more time.
Calls always workAskTime never blocks calls, emergency calls or the apps a phone needs.
Private by designNo messages, photos, browsing or location. Ever.

What no app can promise
AskTime works with Apple's and Google's screen time tools. A phone can be offline, reset or changed, and a determined kid may find a way around a limit. We tell you when protection stops working, but we can't promise every limit always applies.
Premium
- Premium is a subscription you buy through the App Store or Google Play. It renews until you cancel it in your store account.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google.
- If Premium ends, nothing unlocks. The rules you already set keep working.
Stars and allowance
Stars are a family game and have no cash value. AskTime never holds, sends or receives money.
Please don't
- Use AskTime on someone who isn't your child or a child in your care.
- Try to break AskTime or see another family's information.
