What the AskTime app can't see
MessagesNever read. AskTime has no access to texts or chats in other apps.
PhotosNever seen. AskTime doesn't ask for photo access.
BrowsingNever recorded. No list of websites or searches.
LocationNever tracked. AskTime doesn't ask for location.
On iPhone, Apple's Screen Time system gives AskTime anonymous tokens instead of app names, so AskTime itself can't tell which apps your kid uses. Your rules are stored as numbers and times, like "90 minutes a day" and "bedtime 9:30 PM to 7:00 AM".
On Android, AskTime sees which app is open only on your kid's phone, to count limited time. App names never leave the phone.
